Rosewater Patron Tequila Tasting

Come and enjoy the afternoon with us for a four course tasting menu prepared by Chef Lam Nyugen, and the Multicultural Ambassador Patron, Erica Marcello. Weather permitting this event will be outside in the garden or, inside the Garden Room. 

1st Course: Seafood ceviche, red onion, pickled fresno, jalapeno, cilantro, and leche de tigre.

2nd Course: Bone marrow toast, red onion jam, horseradish and gruyere. ~Reposado

Intermezzo: Spicy peach and thyme sorbet.

3rd Course: Pork chop, couscous, tatsoi and Hawaiian chimichurri.

4th Course: Orange blossom flan with honey caramel and flambe peaches. ~Patron Citronge 

$75 per person, plus applicable tax and gratuity.
